I empower my engineers and managers to say what they think and develop their own plans of action. By keeping lines of communication open, I foster trust with my team. They know that they can come to me with any problem that they encounter.

As an iOS and web developer with over 13 years of experience, I'm a manager with a very technical background. I'm a true believer that there is no "best" architecture, and am an ardent advocate for creating the best user experience for each platform and device.

I love being involved in the iOS development and engineering leadership communities and spent 2019 regularly speaking at conferences in the US and UK. I'm looking forward to speaking at more as the pandemic subsides.
