I updated my Manager Readme to reflect the changes from my time at Wayfair to my time at Twitter. My Manager Readme is an important tool for people to understand how I work, what I value, and what to expect from me. One particularly notable addition this time around was a section on being autistic and what that means when interacting with me, particularly in a remote-only world.
